La Pulguita first opened in 2013 at Fourth Plain Forward by Victor. It is an honor to say that La Pulgutia was the first Latinx shop to provide traditional Latinx food and antojitos (snacks). “There was a need for Latinx food representation on Fourth Plain. I took all my savings and decided to open La Pulguita” said Victor. La Pulguita, has now been proudly serving customers on Fourth Plain for eleven years!
